More than just a wax — it's a feeling. Brazilian, brow, and full-body waxing in a clean, private space where you're never judged, only cared for.

I created Papaya Skin & Wax to make waxing feel more comfortable, personal, and approachable. My goal is to give every client a clean, professional experience where they feel respected, cared for, and never judged.
Whether it's your first wax or part of your regular routine, each appointment is handled with attention to detail, sanitation, and comfort.
Comfort first. A private, welcoming space where you can feel relaxed, respected, and cared for.
Detailed care. Thoughtful technique, cleanliness, and attention to the details that make the service feel better.
No judgment. A calm, professional experience whether it's your first wax or part of your regular routine.
Most of a good wax happens before you get here.
Hair needs about a quarter inch to come out cleanly — roughly two weeks of growth. Don't shave in between. Shaving resets the cycle and leaves the wax nothing to grip.
A soft scrub or exfoliating mitt lifts dead skin so hair releases cleanly and ingrowns are less likely. Skip it the day of — freshly exfoliated skin is more sensitive than it needs to be.
Shower beforehand and skip lotion, oil and self-tanner. If you're sensitive, ibuprofen about thirty minutes ahead takes the edge off. Go easy on caffeine.
Arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid applying lotions or oils before your appointment. For best results, hair should be long enough for the wax to grip properly.
Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice. If it's too short, the wax may not remove it cleanly.
It's completely normal to feel nervous, especially if it's your first time. The appointment is private, professional, and judgment-free from start to finish.
Most clients book every 4 to 6 weeks, depending on their hair growth and routine.
